*Important Policies*
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by written request is received 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the service date will incur NO additional cost.
Clients wishing to cancel a scheduled service session must provide at minimum 24-hour notice.
The charge for cancellations without a 24-hour notice shall equal the charge for the session.

Payment Policy:

Retainer of 65% due on Contracted Services at time of signing Agreement/Contract. Please know retainer is non-refundable Retainer.

Balance To be Paid in Full on the day of Service. Please make the necessary decisions prior to contracting our services. Thanking you in advance. ‘
No Show Policy:
The organizer shall wait at the client's home or office for a maximum of 30 minutes past the time of the appointment. After 30 minutes, the client shall be considered a no-show, and charged for the session.
Party Rights:
Both the organizer and the client shall have the right to terminate this business relationship at any time, provided that proper 30 day written notice.
There are no refunds of any sort. We take pride in our business and ensure our services.​
